These are the nails I sported a few days ago! I love the contrast of textures and will be experimenting with the concept more. I used OPI Big Apple Red as the base color, mattified it with the Essie matte topcoat, and painted over the tips with OPI DS Reflection. Sorry my camera doesn't catch holos very well!
