This is a NOTD that I sported last week; who doesn't love glitter? This is OPI Russian Navy layered with Sinful Colors Hottie, isn't it pretty? I certainly think so! I matted it too; I think that I love it both ways! I wore this for 3 days if that is any indication of how much I love this polish combination.
