I love how this turned out! I used OPI Russian Navy as the night sky, Sinful Colors Hottie as the glitter and China Glaze Devotion for the snowflakes with the Konad m20 plate. Do you love it too?!? This mani just makes me smile everytime I see it! Be sure to go and vote for the second place winner
