I went to Walmart a while ago, and was able to pick up a few polishes, and loose glitter, one can be seen in these pics. Well I grabbed Busted, and knew it had to be layered over a black. Look at it, pink, purple & green and yellow! Pure Ice has so many great polishes that are perfect for layering!
