OPI Jade is the New Black

Hello everyone! The other day I went to Trade Secret and bought a new bottle of OPI Nail Envy Original and this bad boy!

This polish is from the OPI Hong Kong Collection, and it probably the most highly anticipated polish of the collection. It isn't really a jade color, this is definitely a darker blue-green color. Jade (like the rock) is more of a true green color than this, no matter how dark or light it is. I do love this color though, I can't even think of a dupe for this color! It is a creme finish and goes on very smoothly in two coats, but I did three for good measure. So far I have had no chipping issues. It is so unique and beautiful, I am so glad that I got it!

I also wanted to give a big thank you to April from Concrete and Nail Polish. She wasn't aware of the url mess that happened to my blog a few months ago and stopped getting my posts until recently. She sent me a really sweet e-mail apologizing about it and I am a terrible person and I forgot to say in my response e-mail how much I appreciated that she took the time to send me a personal e-mail. So thank you April, I really appreciate that you took time out of your busy day to do that, it was really sweet of you! Please go check out her and her sister's blog, they do a lot of great swatches and they are so nice!
